LOAFLA Gulf region in action: 10.2009

Tenth annual Hispanic Achievement Awards & Hall of Fame Banquet hosted by the Hispanic Affairs Advisory Board at Broadway Palm Dinner Theatre on Tuesday October 6, 2009.

At the banquet all of Latin America and the Caribbean were well-represented. One of the largest groups in attendance was the Latino Officers Association.
